We use remote access software which allow us to see and control your device. It’s safe and secure, just be sure to keep your connection code safe until an oohSupport technician asks for it.

We’ve kept it nice and simple, all of our services use the standard rate of £45 per hour.
We aim to provide as much support as possible during your first hour. Should we run out of time you can book in again using our appointment page.
If agreed with one of our technicians you may use our top-up page to continue support without having to book in again.
In some cases we may provide a custom invoice if blocks of support is needed. We may be able to offer bulk slots at a discounted rate.
You can only cancel your appointment if at least 48 hours notice is given. Please view the Booked Appointments page to view your cancellation status.

We primarily work on anything Microsoft Windows related but also support Apple and mobile devices.
No all of our appointment times are based on the UK time zone so if you can find a suitable time to book please do.
